Lady Ashvane goes down after 51 pulls for a US#38 kill. A very well tuned boss for week 1 gear levels was very refreshing to see this early in the raid. We made great progress during week 1 and killed her in 13 pulls after the reclear. Big shoutout to those flexible enough to play offspecs in order to meet the huge dps and healing check of this boss. We are cruising so far and looking forward to what looks like more challenging bosses ahead!

We slayed the first three bosses with relative ease then finished the night off with heroic. We are very happy to see Ashvane is not a pushover and are very much looking forward to a challenging latter half of Eternal Palace! We totally forgot to take a screenshot of Behemoth, but oh well!

Uu'nat is finally dead! It took 283 pulls for US31! Even with the adjustments after the world first race... this boss absolutely delivers on the difficulty. Crucible of Storms was an awesome raid instance. The last 7 weeks of raiding have been pretty enjoyable. The state of BfA is pretty lackluster right now, but raiding has remained fun, and the tuning felt great for this short two boss raid. I'm not sure why any guild would choose not to raid CoS, unless you were fighting the roster boss instead.
Our team has improved immensely since Jaina, and we've been having a blast. I'm very proud of our entire team and how everyone came together for this raid.
I won't do any lengthy shoutouts, but just to give a couple:
Shoutout to @Fakehoof for unfortunately dealing with Blizzard's inability to tune DK properly.
Shoutout to many of our strategists @Lucid @Rocktherock @Redmezz @Treefee (and others)...
Our team has improved immensely since Jaina, and we've been having a blast. I'm very proud of our entire team and how everyone came together for this raid.

It has been quite a ride this tier for Team 8. I am extremely proud of the team, both new members and old. This boss was certainly a frustrating one as the pace of the encounter constantly changes from pull to pull based on spell queuing, but we were able to finish her off after 367 pulls. We had several low pulls on Tuesday without a kill, but the team came back re-energized tonight to finish her off.
This tier showed how our team will persevere and overcome challenging circumstances. From playing alternate classes, off-specs, or class swapping entirely, we couldn't have done it without that commitment and determination.
I would also like to toss out a few shoutouts!
Shoutout to @Aliella and @Emorell for accepting the call and joining me as Chieftain this tier. Their hard work behind the scenes has been crucial in allowing us to succeed.
Shoutout to @Dub for coming in late in the tier and driving us to succeed...
