It has been quite a ride this tier for Team 8. I am extremely proud of the team, both new members and old. This boss was certainly a frustrating one as the pace of the encounter constantly changes from pull to pull based on spell queuing, but we were able to finish her off after 367 pulls. We had several low pulls on Tuesday without a kill, but the team came back re-energized tonight to finish her off.
This tier showed how our team will persevere and overcome challenging circumstances. From playing alternate classes, off-specs, or class swapping entirely, we couldn't have done it without that commitment and determination.
I would also like to toss out a few shoutouts!
Shoutout to @Aliella and @Emorell for accepting the call and joining me as Chieftain this tier. Their hard work behind the scenes has been crucial in allowing us to succeed.
Shoutout to @Dub for coming in late in the tier and driving us to succeed...

Really proud of the team for getting this in 126 pulls for US35. We even spent 3 of our raid nights farming BoD since Crucible release! Really looking forward to the grind that is Uu'nat. Hopefully they don't nerf it too hard and we get a good challenge. Shoutout to everyone who was on the bench for the fight (we love you) and also a big shoutout to @Raquel @kragun @Rocktherock for going above and beyond with your alts. Also to our healers @Olivia @Redmezz @Rocktherock @Lucid @Suhh for carrying us. Lastly to everyone who helped refine our strategy.

Stormwall took us just over 3 full nights. We really honed in as a team with several new members to break the blockade to take us to 8/9M! We are off to Jaina, and we are up for the challenge.

She took 325 pulls for US 64. I have mixed feelings about this tier honestly. The first 8 bosses were rather underwhelming in difficulty. Felt like a mad dash to a giant Ice Wall. Really would have preferred to have a more gradual ramp in difficulty. Though... to give credit to Blizzard, it's hard to get the balance right.
This encounter was both enjoyable, and incredibly unenjoyable at the same time. I think Blizzard missed the mark on what RNG can do for difficulty in an encounter. Not being able to see Icefalls because of a fog mechanic isn't hard, that's just poor encounter design. Despite the annoying RNG the fight was pretty fun, and the kill was incredibly hype. We pulled out a rank 6 execution on our kill with no unintended deaths. Really clean.
The state of Battle for Azeroth has been pretty contentious. I am of the opinion the out-of-raid content hasn't been this bad since Warlords. I am at least thankful that raiding continues to be rewarding and exciting in...
