Can someone build me a PC? The only thing I care about is the video card being a GTX 1080 or Titan X. Someone just build me something I won't have to replace for a long time.

You really should just do it yourself so you can learn -- it's a lot easier than you think. Only thing you really need to be careful of is make sure the motherboard is mounted correctly (all holes on standoffs). Everything else is just puzzle pieces - stick it where it fits for the most part.
